「the Flywheel 2021」透過國際青年商會的完善國際網絡,帶領連繫不同的政府機構、慈善機構、大學網絡以及國際團體,共同為殘疾人士及健全青年人提供多一個機會與各國青少年交流,更甚由青年人帶領肢體傷殘人士進行各類型單元體驗,不僅拉近彼此的距離,也有助培育青年人積極正面態度及領導能力,為世界帶來正面的改變。
利用網上(Virtual)國際交流方式,引起各國青年人反思和培訓他們成為未來新領袖,重新建立國際關係,共同推廣無障礙旅行以及旅行的平權。
單元體驗活動
主要分為四大類別:
1:文化領域
希望透過配對筆友,以書信及網上形式重新拉緊國際關係,令各地朋友能夠互相認識對方的文化;透過另類體驗活動方式,代替無法到外地旅遊的國際體驗。
2: 社會發展
疫情可能增加人與人之間的距離,但不論是殘障人士或是健全青年,均擁有回饋社會的心。期望集結全球的青年力量,幫助社會發展。透過線上線下的社會發展服務,連繫青年人為社會上需要幫助的人作出貢獻。
3: 教育推廣
連繫慈善機構及大學平台,於校內或線上舉辦殘障人士知識講座及工作坊, 與青少年團體中推廣《無障礙旅行》概念。
4: 傷健共融
聯繫全球殘疾人士與健全青少年共同探討無障礙旅遊發展。目的希望共同推廣旅行的平權,以及推動可持續性理念及促進國際交流。

“The Flywheel 2021”, is a unique experience for all of you.
By the comprehensive international network of JCI, “the Flywheel 2021” connects different stakeholders, including public bodies, NGOs, Universities together we aim to provide a virtual teenager exchange program for both disabled and abled-bodied. Together they will attend Four Modules which aim to build friendship among teeangers across borders and to provide a leadership training opportunity for them to build positive changes to the post-Covid world.
“Flywheel 2021” is a virtual program which brings together teenagers across nations to promote “barrier-free” travel, and the right to travel. Ultimately, we aim to reconnect the world and promote sustainable international relationships.
Flywheel 2021are mainly divided into FOUR KEY Modules :
1: Culture Ambassador
To encourage international teenagers to promote their own culture via means including online and penpal . The purpose is to reinforce the international element and make friends even when the borders are closed. There may be physical workshops for on the ground culture experience if the situation allows.
2: Community Development
Covid may bring distance however we believe both disabled and abled-bodied teeangers can contribute to society. To provide a special opportunity for them to serve and encourage peers to make positive changes to the world.
3: Education
Joint events with universities and NGOs to promote “barrier free” travel workshops and seminars in schools and online means.
4: PHAB(Physically Handicapped and Able-Bodied) Integration
International Conference led by teenagers to propose sustainable ideas to promote “barrier free” travel .
The four modules will provide you a different perspective to the idea of “Travel” , potentially a life changing “Worldview” .
